The AMA accepts the CDC standards for determining lyme. As we know, these are very narrow. LLMDs understand the need to operate outside these parameters in order to help the growing number of lymies. This necessitates adopting a low profile; otherwise, it could affect their medical careers. Some have already lost their license. For this reason as well, we do not post their names here.
