Help with Lyme disease treatment in Asia

My husband has lost interest in social activities, work and even in family matter. His condition is even worse now. At first we thought he might be having mental issue but I also suspect that he might have Lyme disease. We have a dog at home and we found tick from his fur last 3years ago. We managed to clear it but after that my husband behavior has changed slowly and slowly.

For us we have no idea which kind of doctor we should see. We would like to take a test to find out whether he has this disease or not.

Thanks in advance.
