Easily palpable nodes for nearly two years. help?
i have had swollen lymph nodes (or, sometimes swollen. they shift between .5cm to around right at 1cm depending on how much i'm prodding at it- i know i know i shouldn't do that.) they are very easily palpable, i don't even need to push my fingers to feel them. I haven't had much worry about them until a few days ago when i read about low grade, and now i'm terrified. however, they aren't painful (unless i mess with them but that makes sense) i haven't lost weight, i haven't had night sweats, the nodes move around, they're rubbery - squishy even, they shift size as well. i feel perfectly fine! i'm just worried about these nodes. they are right next to each other in my neck and i believe they're located in the posterior cervical area. i cannot go to the doctor though unless it is a major means for concern because the doctors cost a great deal of money. i know i have health anxiety, so this may need to be under hypochondria but i'm putting it under lymphoma instead because i may be able to get better answers here. please help asap, i need it. i need to ease this health anxiety terribly.
if they are as small as they are, they move, and even change in size some, and i have virtually no other symptoms - must i really worry? please help. thanks.
