Hey there guys!I am an 18 year old teenager and I need some help

Well,I recently discovered that my neck has a growth like thingy..I went to a doctor and she said its a lymph node enlargement for sure...I wonder if tumours could cause lymph node to enlarge....Its been here for about 3-5 months already and the size is about the same all the time...

I went to a specialist and he took a blood sample from the location where the lymph node was enlarged...He told me that it could be TB or something else..

Guys..I'm really worried if its a tumour.......Is it possible?..Are the chances high?...I'm really scared

Any information would be treasured..Thanks

I am prefectly healthy by the way..My apitite and all are fine...

I am seriously scared that it might be cancer..

Any idea what is happening?

It sounds like the doctor did a biopsy rather than a blood test unless the node is in the crook of your elbow. There are a lot of treatable reasons for swollen lymph nodes such as viruses and infections. So, don't panic until you know that there is something definitely wrong, then don't panic either, because there is treatment and cure for a variety of diseases that used to kill people, It is a good sign that you do not have any other symptoms.
