lump under the right side of my chin - Lymphomas Message Board

It's hard and slightly less than 1cm in diameter. I feel pain when i try to bend my head right downwards but no real pain when i bend forward down. I've had the same kind of pain in the past and I noticed it again a couple days ago. The pain extends from near my wisdom tooth all the way down to the chin, with the pain most pronounced when near the tooth. There's no real pain if I don't touch it. Does anyone know what the lump could be?

It could be anything from a pinched nerve, to a pinched blood vessel to a minor infection such as an abscessed tooth. This is something that takes a doctors appointment in order to even begin to think about.
