I have be experiencing some intermittent pain in my
left lower abdomen. It is never very bad and some days, is not there at all. Sometimes it is more of a sore ache in the centre lower abdomen and sometimes it is slightly higher up on the left side. Sometimes if I move sharply to that side, I get a pain. I do think it is less now than a week or so ago. Now I have a swollen lymph node in the
right groin. It is about 1.5 cm in length and maybe 1cm wide. It is difficult to tell as, by touching it repeatedly, I have made the skin around it quite puffy. It hurts a little from time to time. I would have thought if a swollen lymph node is related to an infection or tumour, it would appear on the same side of the body....any comments on this please?
