I just eat wheat bread and it goes away 100% thought I'd let you guys know.
If I don't eat wheat bread or wake up on an empty stomach I'm constantly trying not to vomit, it's a horrible feeling cus it can last every minute all day long
Hey--whatever works. I think everyone's different.
For me, it's an "inhaler" (from a health food store--smells like mint) & gingerale. Also, Ritz crackers help.
