| Question about lymph nodes
Are lymph nodes attached to your skin? On my neck if i take my skin and pinch it and pull it out away from my neck (not just pushing on it) I can feel little balls between my fingers, almost pea size. This is all over my neck no matter where I grab my skin pretty much. I have my fiancee feel what im talking about because she has had swollen lymph nodes alot and she says thats not lymph nodes im feeling. It scares me because I have tons of them all over my neck. Could these just be pockets of fat inside my neck im feeling? Yes I know your probably going to say goto the doctor(and im going to but I just want to know some opinions)
