NO....
Lymph nodes enlarge for a number of reasons.
Please get to your doctor, though.
You'll be "2nd guessing" until you do.
Peace of mind is priceless.

Are they the same size? An infection would be more likely to be the same size, and tender/painful. But you never know. Even a PET scan can't often distinguish between cancer and infection.
