does a necrotic lymphnode or tonsil mean lymphoma

What I found is necrosis means death of tissue by unnatural causes. Which could include cancer or other diseases or by an injury. I am assuming that this is a path report, and that would mean they found death of the tissue in the lymph node or tonsil, but there was no information on what the cause of the death was. So unfortunately your answer in short is maybe.
