Bordism

Well I noticed that my lymph nodes in my neck, although ive always been able to feel them recently they feel very hard.. I went to the doctor and got told that they were fine but i was not convinced so I went back to a second doctor and asked again, again "Its normal"..

But since then, I've noticed on the left side on the back of my neck near my hairline I have a bump, ive been informed its a lymph node and it IS painful to touch unlike my neck ones. Now, I seem to have incredibly tender shoulder blades? I don't know if this is connected.

I can recall noticing this one on the back of my neck around six months ago and I guess since i've been concerned about my neck i've noticed it again.

I'm definitely always tired, And for the past 3 days i've had an incredibly upset stomache, I visited the toilet 7 times yesterday and twice today which is not like me. Is this connected!? I'm concerned because I feel so run down and just "not right". Does lymphoma cause diarreah or any of the symptoms i listed? I literally just sat here poking about and noticed how painful my shoulders blades are too touch, also my neck is VERY stiff.
