swollen in my right lymph node - Lymphomas Message Board

Hello I need some help. I have in my right lymph node swollen 2 weeks ago. I went to my doctor and he gave me a dose of Cipro and Zithomax. Had been 5 days since I took the one doses of antibotics. But the swollen still the same and its not pain when a put pressure on it but feel hard.. Do any one know how long would take to go away if the only thing that I have is an infecion? Should be worry about lymphoma?

Well, I had a swollen lymph node under my right arm and it WAS lymphoma but my Dr. new immediately by how it felt. If your Dr. gave you an antibiotic then that sounds like they suspect it not to be...so listen to your Dr. and try not to worry. I am doing fine and cancer free now. Good luck!!!!!

Thank you very much for your reply really give some peace. I feel ok just my lymph node in my groin still the same after the treatment. I would wait a couple week and relax. I'm glad you doing good. Thank you again, it's my first time in this site I'm glad I can get some positive feedback.
