I have had a slew of health issues for 2 yrs, drs do not know yet what the cause is.

I have been having a light stabbing pain on and off in my groin/pelvis area on teh right side-about an inch or 1/2 inch above the pubic area starts. It comes and goes and when it does stab it does not stab all day. I do not see swelling or anything. If it were my lymph node would I be able to feel or see something? Does lymph node issues usually cause pain liek this?
