Some symptoms of lymphoma, should I go back to the doctor?

I've had a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck for 2 years, it hasn't been growing as far as I know but it's not going away. I went to to the doctor this past November to see if they could find anything yet, but the blood work didn't show anything do they wouldn't do a biopsy. Now for a couple weeks I've been tired all the time with chest pain and no appetite but no other signs of illness. Should I get a second opinion or go to an ENT or just let it go?
