probably a silly question

Hi,

i am wondering if anyone can advise whether abnormal leucocytes will be picked up in a urine Cytology test? I am asking this (probably a stupid question) because I am under investigation for a ureteral growth from the uretera into the bladder and I know it is possible to get a lymphoma of the uretera. My consultant has ordered a urine cytology test and I am also waiting on a biopsy next week. a urine test last week picked up high levels of leucoytes in my urine (with no UTI) and I have the standard Lymphoma sweats and fatigue etc. any comments would be appreciated

best wishes

Waylands
