| Lump underneath ear on my neck at the corner of my jaw
Hi!
I've been doing some research on the internet and am growing progressively worried and am thinking about visiting a doctor tomorrow but I'm still on the fence about it.
Okay so I have this small lump that is not painful unless I touch it, and it doesn't bother me at all however I do have some symptoms such as getting chills throughout the day (extremely hot and cold fast and I shiver), I am incredibly fatigued by the end of work (I can barely stay awake at work even after having like 9 hrs of sleep and when I get home I pass out almost straight away), and I am having night sweats (I wake up drenched in sweat, like everything is wet the sheets are soaked, my clothes)
Can anyone help me out???? What could it be?! Thanks in advance
edit: also the roof of my mouth really itches sometimes
