houstonrr Newbie (male) Join Date: Jul 2012 Location: houston, texas Posts: 1	Are lymph nodes located on your cheek area? I have a small bb size lump on my cheek / above my jaw line. Not sure what it is. Can you have lymph nodes that can be felt near your cheek. I was hit in that area by a hockey puck and I noticed the lump a couple weeks after the swelling went down. No pain, however I can roll it with my finger.
