Meet another person with a long history of annoying armpit lumps.
I was the same for the first few years; tests, scans, mammograms. Nothing found. I still get them in waves and get them looked at but it is just me. A lymphoma lump is not hard for them to diagnose once they are around long enough. Having said all that, 3.3cm is pretty big. Do they swell and shrink? There are hormonal influences on them as well.
As to your other symptoms. You may be anemic from the nosebleeds; that would cause your fatigue, etc. get to the cause of those, see an ENT specialist. Keep aneye on yourlumpiness. Note when they come and grow or shrink. Best wishes,Sera
