Should I keep worrying?

It's been exactly a year since i've had a swollen lymphnode. It all started with an ear infection I had but for some reason the swelling never went down. I've visited multiple Doctors, GP's & ENT's. Ive had A CT scan done and a chest X-ra,y both which didn't show anything alarming. Ct scan showed 2 enlarged lymph nodes (7-8mm) and my chest Xray showed everything clear just inflammation of my bronchioles, turns out i'm asthmatic. So during this entire year I haven't had any lymphoma symptoms ;no night sweats, fever, itchiness, fatigue or weight loss. The only thing I experience is neck pain but the ENT explained how its normal for the reason that the swollen lymphnode is behind the muscle.
The node is slightly moveable, not soft or hard I guess in between and most importantly it has not grown.
So at this point i'm seeking to you guys for advice
btw im 21 and a current athlete.
