Could I have lymphoma??
 

For the past couple months my tonsils have been swollen with no pain. And then I realized that under my right rib cage I have something large and pretty hard the I can feel moving from underneath my rib when I breath. And when I touch it I can feel it kind of poking out. And I'm constantly feeling light headed when I stand up after sitting for awhile. What could it be? My doctor can't see me till January.
