| Hoping for the return of my once normal life.
Hey all.
I have had some serious health issues that began in late 2009. I have record of presenting extreme fatigue to my PCP in April, 2010. He ordered bloodwork that revealed a high TSH, but it was never disclosed or discussed. He even wrote "low/thy" on the paper that I now have. In May of this year, I woke up and couldnt move my own hands and this went on for 5 days. I then arranged a Dr's visit to reveal an (autoimmune system disorder) called RA. It was an attack of an extremely painful disease and I've been disabled since then. It spread to all other joints, making me immobile, incapable, handicapped. I chose to see a new Dr. after Thanksgiving as nothing was helping me although I was taking (6) different medications for RA. I stopped them all and the new Dr. ordered immediate bloodwork. (TSH/FSH/LH/Testosterone)..I and he both finally figured out why, when, and how I got this disease to begin with? An extreme hormone imbalance, (low T) at 256. I am awaiting the new prescription orders that will arrive Monday when he returns. I am going to request (Testosterone Cypionate) injections to get my T up to a level whereas my (internal systems) can then function properly. I can not afford to wait for months while any other method of administration may take to work. It is finally nice to know what the real issue always was, even though I asked about it over 2 1/2 years ago but my request was "overlooked and discarded". Yes, the old PCP is now under investigation because of the condition I am now forced to live with after being active daily, and being a bodybuilder from age 39 to 43.. It was a major mistake and error. Hoping the T injections get me back on track. Any thoughts appreciated?
Enduronman.
