Yeah, I have it and my first ***** included a breast ultrasound because the breast tissue was so dense that they wanted a better baseline. By the way, I'll take breast ultrasound over mammography ANY day!
Stuff like alcohol and caffeine make the condition worse and boy howdy! Don't get me started on how much my breasts ached when my period rolled around!!
That's another reason to be turning cartwheels over being menopausal...
