Spotting at Age Sixty? Hormone Imbalance? - Menopause Message Board

hi, has anyone had post menopausal spotting and been diagnosed with a hormone imbalance?? Has anyone used natural progesterone cream and had the spotting stop?? Most doctors would say it's cancer but I'm hoping it's that $@@# Premarin.

I started taking Prempro five years ago and during the last year I started having menopausal spotting alot. My doctor put me through many procedures including a d&c all of which turned out ok. He put me on a patch called Combipatch for six months and I continued to have spotting. I stopped the hormones but started having such intense hot flashes I couldn't enjoy anything. I just started a new patch with lower amounts of hormones in it called Climara Pro. I pray this works. Hope this info helps.
