Hello everyone, Like a few others around here I am posting for my mother
My mother is 53 and believes that she is starting menopause since she missed her period last month and has had pretty bad night sweats and hot flashes. She is a heavy coffie drinker and was noticing that on nights when she DIDNT have any (she had a ice tea instead), she didnt have any night sweats. Are there foods/things to aviod during this time?
Any advice on things to do and (or) eat to help her through this "fun" time?
