Does anyone know what is the best brand of progesterone cream to use?
I am open to any suggestions. I would like to try something natural.

My dr who is an Endocrinologist/GYN prescribed Natural Progesterone Cream made by a compounding pharmacist in our area. Do you have a doc that might consider that route? It has worked very well for me. My first blood work for a progesterone level check show it to be 1!! I was really low on progesterone.
As long as it contains 480 mg. of Progesterone per ounce any brand is okay. I use Puritan's Pride. I have been using it for over a year. I apply 1/4 teasp. morning and 1/4 teaspoon at night........It works for me.....I feel great. My progesterone was really low and now i feel more in balance. .bride527

I have another question. This is embarrassing. Does it increase your libido?
I really have problems with that area. Of course I am postemenopause. You might say my sexual organs are a little dried up LOL
