Sunlover, thanks for this post...I was beginning to think I was the only person going through perimenopause with a total change in appetite and food cravings. I also use to eat ALOT of chicken, now the thought is almost nauseating. A matter of fact I find fish and most meats almost repulsive. I also don't like to eat many carbohydrates...you'd think I would be skinny, but I'm far from being petite. Lately, for over a month, I've eaten mostly oatmeal, nuts, some veggies, orange juice and eggs. BTW I'm 44 years young
