Oh boy... not only was I largely anti-social this holiday season, but also a sugar-holic! BLECH... I musta put on another 8 pounds, like I really needed that! New Year's resolutions normally aren't my bag, this year is an exception. Resolution #1: lose weight!! - - {{wish me luck}}
I guess the 'silver lining' to my anxiety was that I lost 6-7 lbs just before Christmas. I managed to put 3-4 back on though, even with exercise. But hey, it was the holidays and we all DESERVED those goodies.
I am determined to lose weight too! I am not going to buy all new clothes. I refuse to be fattened up by menopause. Its the one thing that I can actually do something about. Getting old is one thing but but why complicate it with fat?
