What is up with middle age pimples?? - Menopause Message Board

I cannot say how frustrating it is to be almost 52 years old......and
have these red pimples dotted on my face

When I was a teenager, I never had a problem with cramps or pimples!!!! The pimples are red, do not
come to a head, just sit there...I use tea tree oil, that pretty much dries them up in a few days.......thank goodness no cramps, went through that
in my late 30's!!!!!!! Oh.....to be a teenager again.....I think!!???

One minute I think I am fine with this "change".....next minute I feel in a complete
spin!!!! Thanks for letting me vent.......one day I hope I have my peaches
and cream complexion back.....!!!!!

I hear you!!
Acne is my worst complaint. Even with Rx meds for skin, I STILL get it....
DH says to ignore it and move on, but how can you ignore it once/month!!...and yes, some are those nasty cystic acne things that feel like your skin will explode and nothing happens.
Not the worst thing to complain about but annoying when in the throws of it!

I'm the same way. Every month I get a few new bumps. After they heal my skin stay red in that spot.
