My wife took Black cohosh, and it caused Auto-immune hepatitis. She was on a 3rd of the reccomended dosage. She became very fatigued, with headaches, leg aches and cramps and eventualy was sleeping up to 18 hrs a day. She was in the hospital 6 weeks, and died during a liver transplant. This
reaction only happens in some women. But if you take it, moniter your liver enzymes. Racefan
