Help, scared another strange symptom? - Menopause Message Board

I had a period 9 days ago. It was pretty normal . I have been done with my period since the 11th, today being the 17th. I have brown discharge? I noticed it after going to the bathroom. With this some slight cramping. I just had my Pap last week. I read that the blood turns brown when deprived of oxygen and if it is still in the uterus this can cause brown discharge?
Anyone else had this happen? I am sick to death of going to Dr.'s
I go on the 22nd because they want to make sure I don't have fibroids!
I went in with a slew of peri symptoms and she said lets rule out fibroids first!
Any help or advice would be great

I had that before and it was an ectopic pregnancy and is life threatening. Brownish discharge and cramping that comes and go...you should be in the emergency room. Eventually the cramps will get so bad you will double over with an ectopic but your fallopain tube can explode. please get to the doctor asap.

I just had a period AND my husband had a Vasectomy two years ago???

i can only say thats what happened to me. I guess you are safe to wait to see your doctor.

Hubby has NO sperm. I have had a host of perimenopause symptoms for two years now. Dr.'s keep telling me I'm too young (almost 42) I think not.
We'll see what this Ultra sound turns up next week. If it's not fibroids then we check hormone levels.
