Have been exploring the idea of bioidentical projesterone cream and its made from Yams? I believe I am not ovulating, and I have beast tenderness and bloatingand brain fog....will projesterone cream help?

Just wondering what products people are using and why and the results...if you have time! Thanks. Pixiek

Hi pixieK..Im from the thyroid board as well in search for answers...lol
This is what im taking natural progesterone cream from wild yam..Brand Name is Doctors Natural Therpy..So far the only thing Ive noticed from it is more energy..So it may help your brain fog..Wouldnt hurt to give it a shot..Take Care
