Re: Vitamin E, how much do you take?
Well I used to take 400 iu a day of vitamin E, but recently they said something about high doses may cause heart problems rather than help. So now I limit it to 100 iu per day. Some people have had problems with the aftertaste of the fish oil. And that may be avoided by either refrigerating or freezing them, and taking them with the largest meal of the day, so you could try that. I took them 3 weeks before my anxiety attacks stopped, so it may take time to notice any benefit from them. Plus they have so many benefits, I would take them anyway.
I also take flaxseed oil.
With this combo of oils I've had less achiness, dry eyes are better, skin is better, anxiety is gone and my moods have improved (not my attitude though!). Hasn't helped with hot flashes, at least for me.
Oh! And I sleep WAY better.
