Yes, I agree with Momma Bee, it must be stressful since you are also ill and there does not seem to be alot of answers to your health concerns. I think the best thing that you can do is simply relax and just try trusting your doctors, or switch if you really do not trust them. Try to do things for yourself that you enjoy and help you relax , take your mind off the bad stuff....such as read, watch movies, comedy, take a bubble bath, draw, listen to music, talk to supportive people, excersise, try yoga, write in a journal, play with children, read inspirational quotes/proverbs/mesages, meditate, sing, dance, pray, find balance in your life, and look for the exceptions to the bad experinces.....come up with a list of good things in your life what you have to be thankful for (you are alive, you have a doctor to go to, you have a roof over your head, heat at night, electricity, running, water, etc.....) GOOD LUCK
