Pixiek, I make it through every moment of the day through my faith in Jesus Christ who is my strength (prayer, prayer, prayer). Then I also take compounded progesterone cream, EFA (flaxseed, fish, borage oil), calcium, magnesium, primrose oil, lecithin, exercise (when I'm able or willing

), and lately I've noticed that by limiting or eliminating various carbs. from my diet I feel somewhat better.
