how do you get through the day?

I read over the thread about your worst symptoms this week, and I wonder if others, like me, wonder just how to get through the day?

How do you do it when you are not feeling well...how do you motivate yourself to do the things that may help (take a walk whatever) when you don't feel like doing anything at all? Pixiek

Re: how do you get through the day?

well I just do and move...I do obsesse over my symptoms but what can I do? I walk on the treadmill everyday at 4 mph for 40 minutes and that seems to help a little. Some days are worse then others. I don't work right now and keep trying to imagine getting ajob while I am suffering each and every day with new symptoms.
Right now I take klonopin everyday and that helps but I would like to go it without any. Thanks be to God that I have a strong relationship with Him and I do go to him constantly for strength.
Its good to know I am not alone, thats one thing that helps, prayer, exercise and vitamins. God Bless, Lainey

Pixiek, I make it through every moment of the day through my faith in Jesus Christ who is my strength (prayer, prayer, prayer). Then I also take compounded progesterone cream, EFA (flaxseed, fish, borage oil), calcium, magnesium, primrose oil, lecithin, exercise (when I'm able or willing ), and lately I've noticed that by limiting or eliminating various carbs. from my diet I feel somewhat better.

Re: how do you get through the day?

I know this is not a faith board, but sometimes I feel so awful and depressed by all my health problems, I just don't have the energy for that though I consider myself of faith....I have to cry everyday lately to release the ("excess ?) cortisol (?) and then I always feel better but it wears you out doing this all the time...doctors smirk and say you are depressed....of course I am depressed becasuse you won't test me and fiind out what is going on physically with me....! UGH...looking for a new doct now...starting to believe myself that I must be crazy....

....so when you do pray....a few prayers my way would be much appreciated.....such a nice thought.......

progesterone from compounded pharmacy in states and holistic doc on the way....have a bit of hope there, but lately, my hope is really, really, really, waning......Pxk

Re: how do you get through the day?

Thats how I feel too. The Dr. says I'm depressed but I am laugh alot, happy I just get depressed when I have these bad days of not feeling well. I am not a depressed person at all. I do take lorazepam as need but only take them during my period or ovualtion. Thats when my body seems to fall apart, and I get the brain fog......really don't like that. I'm sorry that others feel that too but it sure is nice to hear other people have the same thing. Do any doctors understand. The last one wanted to put me on paxil. That seems to be their only cure anymore and I refuse to that.
