| Re: Nightime nausea
I know the feeling about always wondering if it's peri related or not. How do you know without going to the dr. and ruling things out? When I think back through the last 2 years at all the symptoms I was experiencing and went to the dr. for, I now realize, since they come and go alot, that it was peri. Anxiety, muscle fatigue, fatigue in general, depression. But since it wasn't my gyno I went to for these problems, no one suggested to me that that's what it might be. Anyhow, my newest symptoms have included nausea (yes, at night alot), bloating, backaches, heavy period (just had a pelvic ultrasound and d & c done), gas, diarrhea, bloating and more bloating. Gyno says it will go away when I hit meno. Am currently on bpc to get bleeding under control, but also wonder if that causes some of the symptoms! Some things I do that help are to stay away from high fat (especially at night), eat small frequent meals, try to walk at least a mile each day and keep a bottle of Mylanta with me at all times. Hang in there. I keep hearing on these boards that these symptoms will eventually go away. Not soon enough for me.
