Trembling??? - Menopause Message Board

Hi all Dear fellow sufferers, question, do any of you have trembling hands? its not all the time but today I started my period & BAM...my hands have been trembling all day this has happened off & on for a while now...I feel like my whole body is trembling too......is this just anxiety? Thanks to all who respond, Lainey

I have also had similar problems with trembling. My OB/GYN perscribed a mild anti-anxiety medication called Ativan (10 mg. tablets) and it works like a charm. I do not like to take much medication so I usually only take 1/4 to 1/2 of the pill and I'm feeling much better.

Denise, I am so sorry to hear that you had such a rough time. I have already had blood work done & am on an AD along with an anti-anxiety med (klonopin) only take a 1/4 of a pill weaning off from a whole once a day.
So this could be peri symptom? I am 47 and have been having alot of symptoms especially in the last year.
I will try to keep you in my prayers. Lainey
