HI Slimseeker. Yes, I use to get that also. It's not really the bowel movement, it's that when the pressure is there since the anal is so close to the vagina area, there is most likely still some either left over blood or if ur still spotting, it shows itself at times when ur having a bowel movement due to the pressure. I use to spot on and off in the beginning stages of peri. Now my periods just disappear totally or come back after 5 months for 3 months and then disappear again. Yikes! Hormone swing!
