I am having a very very bad time. I am getting so lightedheaded. I can't explain it. I may be looking down at something for a while and all of a sudden I feeling like I am falling over. Or I turn my head a certain way and its the same, or when I lay down to go to sleep. It does not seem like the dizziness I used to get. Also my brain is just not working right, tired all the time. There are so many other things like the ringing in my ears, heartburn. Will we ever get normal again. I just feeling like I will be dieing shortly. Way does our health become such an issue. Where did all the fine times go!!!! It's like you don't want to go to the doctors because they will find something seriously wrong.

Hope everyone else is having a better time at this. I haven't had a period for at least 8 months or maybe longer, but that happened before and it came. When you haven't had it for over a year do things get better?

Sounds like you are close to menopause. Congrats

. It would be nice to know that at the 12 month mark all our symptoms would cease! I've been on this perimenopause ride for 4 years and I've heard from women who said that life was wonderful on the other side. Some were still having symptoms, but they were mild and did not hang around long.

Hopefully some postmeno. women will respond. I hope that you feel better soon

pos.....my head is loopy most of the time. It seems to be worse in the mornings, though sometimes at night when I lay down it can hit me as well. This is the worst part for me.

I read that 12 months without a period and it's menopause, so hopefully you'll have a symptom free holiday this year!
