Smile Natural Menopause relieve
Hi
new to this board, and am just wondering , does black cohosh ( I know thats not spelt right ) really helps with mood swings, I tend to get depressed. , I am on Paxil and thyroid meds. does anyone know if I can take it along with these other meds or should I consult my doc. but you know they do not believe in natural remedies. Thanks for your input.

Orchid I can tell ya it didnt do a dag gum thing for me! Waste of time and money..same with those pills called estroven they did nothing either. You should though consult your PCP before taking herbals when taking meds though sometimes there are interactions...be careful....Ask your doc about HRT he could help you there...

okie ***ie.....so you are for estrogen...? I was talking to a friend and she is on femhrt said its wonderful
