I'm on an estrogen patch and progestin pills. Now I' m suppose to take the pills 12 days out of the month. My dr lead me to believe that I can take these pills any 12 days of the month that i prefer. Now I have a few mini vacations/parties planned within the next 5 weeks and I do not want this period to get in my way. My questions are #1 when do the the periods start after the 12th day of the pills and how long to they last. #2 How am I going to feel on these pills for 12 days?
Can anyone help me...I dont' have a problem prolonging my period till the beginning of November. I really do not want deal with an ugly period during my "fun" getaways.
