Thanks for your compendium of information. I woke up today and did my treadmill but by 9 a.m. felt exhausted and its 6:00 pm. and I am ready for bed.
I will venture out tomorrow and purchase the OMEGA's. The magnesium I have and I know of some great flax seed health cookies I can add to my morning tea.
I do know you are right about white sugar and slowly have transferred to brown and honey and gave up coffee (day three). So I know I can help myself with the interventions you mentioned.
I noticed quite a bit of hair loss in my hair brush and on my holidays away and my hairdresser/friend today noticed my hair thinning. She mentioned that my hormone fluctuations (which happened in pregnancy) can cause this, the number of operations, medicine and suggested I speak to dr. about low thyroid which can commence during menopause.
So there is lots I can do to get rid of these sleepyhead feelings...Thanks kindly...Nero
