So sorry to hear you are suffering like many of us do! It IS frustrating, so say the least. Considering your health issues, you might talk to your doctor about other natural remedies that many women swear by. It might not bring you back to 100%, but may help ease some problems. Like: fish oil, magnesium, calcium, iron, just to name a few. I know personally, I really had to take a look at my diet. I've always eaten pretty healthy, but when peri really hit me hard, I realized I could improve. I was eating way to many carbs and not enough protein which I think contributed to my fatigue. I also think regular exercise can help as well and I don't mean hours at the gym. At a minimum, walking on a regular basis can help. We all have individual needs and you just have to keep searching and asking!
