I cant remember the brand but there were several options at a larger health food stores. I would read per centage of projesterone, because the costs can vary widely. One of the brands of health food products that I like are Source Naturals. I think they have a progesterone cream. Your best bet would probably be on line as far as cost.

I've been using the GNC brand for a year. I think it works just as well as synthetic & certainly cheaper. I'm glad you are going this route. I heard natural is so much better for use during peri & through menopause. And certainly much safer! kd
