Maybe check the Yellowbook under "physicians" ... ? I'm in the det. area, too.

i think it is when they determine your hormonal levels by blood or saliva tests and then you take a prescription to a compounding pharmacy and they mix up what you need. they are tailored to you specifically. i know where a compound pharmacy is. maybe i should ask them about a doctor. there's a bright idea. don't have to many of them
