hello mole. well, sounds to me like you're in peri (no, i hadn't heard about it either before reading about it here). you'll get a lot of support, and learn a lot of stuff about it all here, which may just put your mind at rest over some of the less well known symptoms (heart palpitations, anxiety, and yes, acne and thinning hair). there are a number of supplements you can take which may help with some of the things you may get too - calcium, magnesium, fish oil, flax seed oil. boots the chemist do an all-in-one menopause capsule which contains most, if not all, of these.
