| Hair Coloring in Peri
I dyed my hair about two months ago. I hadn't dyed it in over a year because my hair started to fall out due to low iron/stress and a host of other reasons. I'm also in Peri. Right after this dye job (dark) I noticed all this hair falling. My sides got thinner and it's like it took the new growth right out. It still falls, but it goes in spurts. Right before my period it seems to fall even more. What I want to know has anyone had success with getting their hair back after coloring it while in peri? Or is this lost hair lost forever? I do see new growth at the top. I have lighter roots. But my sides feel so thin now. I'm never going to dye my hair again..I'm taking a lot of supplements in order to increase thickness and every derm and stylist tells me I have normal, healthy hair coming out of the top of my head.
