| I think I might have found a solution to my hot flushes!
A friend has suggested that I replace milk with soy, as this is protein rather than dairy, and it's recommended to help alleviate hot flushes.
Well, I have to say, so far so good.
I can't drink it on its own, but a bit heated up for a cup of coffee seems to be doing the trick.
I've also replaced my dairy yoghurts with soy ones, and the hot flushes seem to have subsided.
Let's hope it's not just coincidence (or the lack of warmth in the UK climate at the moment!).
