Can a uterine fluid-filled cyst disappear?

I'm 50. I've had perimenopause for 6 years. Finally starting to miss periods, but have daily spotting. A sono showed a uterine fluid-filled cyst (not ovarian, but uterine). I believe the spotting is the cyst fluid as it is golden colored, not bloody.

My question - Is it possible for a uterine fluid-filled cyst to go away on its own?
