| Getting relief at last??!!
Hello Everyone,
Just to report back that for about the last 10 days I have felt pretty well again (after nearly 18 months of all the horrible menopause symptoms!). Still getting an odd hot flush, and a bit of the internal shaking, but the depression/anxiety/strange feelings/foggy head/insomnia/sheer tiredness/ lack of motivation and confidence, etc have definitely lifted.
Now I don't know if it's just coincidence, or maybe my body is just learning to adjust to the hormone imbalance, but I have been taking high strength evening primrose oil each day for about a fortnight now, also having a glass of soy milk every day after reading somewhere that Chinese and Japanese women hardly get any menopause symptoms because their diets are so rich in soy.
Will let you all know how things progress - but maybe these things are worth a try? (though you have to give them time).
