Hot flashes and nausea - Menopause Message Board

Hi ladies,

Does anyone get nauseous with their hot flashes?

Mine seem to radiate from the pit of my stomach upward. I also feel lightheaded and "washed out".

Not nauseated, just washed out.

Chantal, This is exactly what mine have done for some time now, but in the last month I finally don't get the nausea right before a hf. Not sure what is different as I continue to get the hf but I am using progesterone cream. So maybe your will get better in time too. I am so thankful, I hated the feeling.

Yes, I also get nausea with my hot flashes. So does my dentist's assistant. So this is more common than you think.

Yes, I get nausea with hot flashes too and I'm getting it more often lately and it's really washing me out too.
